Full Text
Amends the Illinois Food, Drug, and
Cosmetic Act. Provides that no person shall sell, deliver,
offer for sale, hold for sale, give away, use, or prescribe
any product used for the treatment of lice or scabies in human
beings that contains the pesticide chemical lindane. Effective
January 1, 2006.
